Here is a list of the over the counter supplements that I take daily. They are what I feel I need. Some may be just what you need as well. If you want to live the healthiest life possible, it is necessary to learn the importance of supplements and what they can do for your body. Some may be antioxidants that protect from cellular oxidation and ageing while others may be helping your brain and nervous system run at its best. They all have their purpose. I feel it is VERY important to supplement. Think about this, for somewhere under a dollar a day; don't you think it is good insurance? It can add many many healthy years to your life span.
